This free downloadable recording is designed to help individuals eliminate the effects of mass hypnosis by learning to recognize common influences on the subconscious mind, as well as to promote peace of mind, courage and rational thinking.

 

No one can be hypnotized against their values; but to insure a deep relaxing experiece, please read the text below to see if it aligns with your values.

Close your eyes and follow your breathing as you focus on the sound of my voice.

 

Follow your breathing as breath goes in through your nose, and then slowly out through your mouth. Rest.  And let the air go in through your nose. Rest more. And feel the air go slowly out through your mouth. 

 

Welcome your breath as a friend, breathing in peace. Then allow your exhalations to become longer and deeper as you let go of all tension.  

 

As you breathe, your mind becomes aware of a spacious inner world in which you feel totally relaxed, safe, self-assured, and free.  Allow this liberating inner world to grow, expand and fill your entire body. 

 

Open yourself to peace and healing as you inhale; exhale and clear away all negativity or tension.  Your breath nurtures you. Your breath restores you. Your breath is you. 

 

Now, I will count backward from 10 down to 1, and as I do, you go deeply into the healing state of hypnosis. 

 

#10.  Relax your scalp, tongue and jaw, allowing the back of your tongue to loosen and, thereby, open your throat, making breathing utterly relaxed and easy. 

 

#9. Relax your diaphragm muscle, just below your ribs, And relax your stomach and your belly button. Allowing your belly to swell with every inhale and sink down on the exhale. 

 

#8. Now relax one of your hands. Allowing the fingers to spread and all the sensitive nerve endings to feel welcoming, at peace, calm and relaxed. 

 

#7. Relax the other hand.  Allowing the fingers to spread wide and all the sensitive nerve endings to welcome a peaceful, calm and relaxed feeling.

 

#6. Relax one of your feet.  Feeling soothing, warm relaxation in the arch spread down to each and every toe. 

 

#5. Relax the other foot. Again, feel the warm relaxation in the arch spread down to each and every toe. 

 

# 4. Now, relax the top of your head, spreading the relaxation down your scalp through your facial muscles, and into your neck.

 

#3. Now feel the soothing relaxation spreading from your feet, up through your calves, knees, and thighs into your groin.

 

#2.  Feel the relaxation spread from your hands, up through your forearms, elbows, upper arms, and shoulders into the chest. 

 

#1. Now feel the relaxation from your neck, chest and groin, all spread and pool together, connect and become one, so that you feel totally connected and relaxed like a starfish in the ocean. 

 

Every time you listen to this recording, you go deeper and stronger into the hypnotic state. This happens because it’s your natural ability to do so. 

 

What you are about to hear makes a lasting impression on your creative subconscious mind. 

 

You are strong and self-assured. Above all, you’re connected -  to family, friends, community, nature, and a higher power. You feel that connection at all times because the love you have for people and the world around you bridges time and space. Wherever you are and whoever you’re with, you belong.  You love and feel love; you are strong and know your strength. Therefore, you feel the presence of love even when you speak to those who oppose you and your values. 

 

Because you feel love, you feel calm, safe and at peace. The world makes sense to you because your values help you make sense of it. And your values are based on fact. You know facts when you hear or read them because facts have a provable quality and lack emotion. You know manipulation when you hear or see it because it lacks facts or contains highly emotional words or images.Therefore, you keep an open mind, and wait to weigh proven facts before forming your own opinions. 

 

You’re aware that trance is a natural state of mind - that states of high emotion, peer pressure, repetition and words from authority figures or trusted sources can induce trance and plant beliefs in your subconscious. So you use your knowledge of trance to help you make sound decisions.

 

 For example, you know that watching TV or looking at screen technologies induces trance state almost instantaneously, so you are careful to turn away, or listen instead of watch, any news that comes from a screen. And Whether you read or watch, you remain alert for proven facts and stay alert for emotional or hot words. You reject ideas painted by high emotion, authority figures, peer pressure and repetition. You only draw conclusions from proven facts. You know when you know a thing and when you need more information. When you doubt a statement, you research, or just accept it’s okay to have an open mind. 

 

You understand and accept that many others - friends and family, those who share your values and those who oppose them - may form opinions based on emotion. You know that conclusions drawn from emotion-producing images, scenes or words are often false. Therefore, when others force emotional opinions into a conversation or you hear such emotions in the media, you recognize the falseness. In fact, the falseness makes you chuckle at its absurdity, as you remain calm, centered, and rooted in a foundation based on proven fact.   

 

Because you put trust in a higher power, you feel empathy for people who use emotion and name calling to defend their position. You understand they may feel afraid, anxious, frustrated or even angry - while you feel centered, calm and at peace. They may feel vulnerable and weak while you feel strong. You understand that their emotions may be a way to help them make sense of life or feel a part of a group. You understand they may cover ignorance or fear by behaving superior to you and your values. More and more, they may be living in a dream, while more and more, the foundations of your life, your core values and beliefs, are based on fact. 

 

Yet, you easily, naturally reach out to people who disagree with you and find the common ground between you. When you see comfort and ease return to their expressions, you inquire about their sources and exchange facts - and only facts - free from emotion or judgement. Since you know your own knowledge and foundation are strong, you hold your ground, even when such people stay emotional. You understand facts alone may confuse or anger already emotional people, so you may need to disarm their emotion before honest exchange of facts and opinion can occur. 

 

You are patient.  Your self-assurance makes a positive impact on all around you and puts many at ease. Your recognition of opposing values creates respect for your own values. Your open-mindedness and accepting attitude builds trust. Your humility and graciousness opens minds. Your love soothes tensions. Your solid presence brings others down to earth. 

 

When dealing with public officials or people in power who oppose your values, you recognize such people are influenced by power, or are using their own power to affect the political actions of others. You take time to understand and appreciate the political reality of those you’re dealing with. You form your response - and sometimes form a strategy - and, through it all, you calmly, easily and naturally, maintain your personal strength.  

 

With your feet firmly on the ground, and your entire body calm, strong and ready, you radiate courage, patience and integrity. 

 

Now repeat after me:  I understand trance is a natural state and, when forming my opinions, I take steps to avoid high emotions, peer pressure, and screen technology. I form opinions only on a strong foundation of provable facts. Because of my foundation, my self-assurance makes a positive impact on all around me. When confronted over my beliefs and values, I stand my ground and remain calm.  My entire body radiates courage, patience and integrity.

 

Repeat after me:   understand trance is a natural state and, when forming my opinions, I take steps to avoid high emotions, peer pressure, and screen technology. I form opinions only on a strong foundation of provable facts. Because of my foundation, my self-assurance makes a positive impact on all around me. Imagine, sense and feel that it’s the holidays. Picture yourself in a conversation with a friend or loved one who opposes your values. See yourself listening to them intently, and patiently disarming their emotion. See yourself inquiring with empathy and exchanging facts without emotion or judgment. See yourself as calm, courageous, firm, compassionate and honest. Fill in the details of all that for yourself focusing on the good feelings. 

 

 

In a moment, I’m going to count from 1 to 5 and when I do, you come out of hypnosis feeling rested, refreshed and relaxed, and bringing all the positive feelings of this session with you.

 

One. Slowly, calmly, easily, gently, bring yourself out of hypnosis. You feel happy, calm and courageous. 

 

Two. Each muscle and nerve of your body is loose and relaxed, feeling clean, clear and newly alive.  You radiate patience and integrity. 

 

Three. From head to toe, you’re feeling perfect in every way, physically perfect, mentally perfect, emotionally calm and serene.  You know facts by their provable nature; with a foundation based on fact, you speak from truth.

 

Four. Your eyes feel sparkling clear, as if they have been bathed in clear, cool spring water. The love you have for people and the world around you bridges time and space.

 

Five. Eyes open. You are fully aware. Fill up your lungs, stretch and smile.
